"Compared to San Francisco, which is the last place we spent a lot of time, the cost of living here is really low. We've been able to trick out the house a little bit. I've got a little kind of studio in the basement, and the missus has an easel and space out back, you know, we've got a Guinness keg in the house. It's hard to leave.
