Unger now talks of selling his house -- which he had to sign over to his parents -- and moving out of Apache Junction. Possibly even changing his name. He says he doesn't feel safe living in the same town as the Carters.

Although for many Pizza Hut employees the gig was little more than a chance to earn after-school spending money, for Unger it meant much more. It meant a way out of the dead-end life he'd been trapped in.

John Unger is a former Pizza Hut delivery driver who alleges that his manager threatened him and asked him to deliver illegal drugs.

"This was my one shot at saving some money and investing, which is all gone now," he says. "That experience ruined things for me.

"One thing I do want [from the lawsuit] is for all those people to be fired. I don't think it's right that Betty gets them jobs, no matter what they've done. And then they screw with people's lives. I don't want that to continue."

my mom was talking about going there this week because of the new lower prices, so we called but they wont give the deal thats on TV, and now after hearing this, it looks like pizza hut in AJ is off our menu for good!

LOL!AJ is full of stupid tweekers..they all suck.i dont even want them handleing my food.they better keep there nasty picked up sweaty tweeked out hands off my pizza pie...Go figure A.J..haha

I have to add my two cents, How dare the Carters make a disgrace on my family name that founded the Pizza Industry. I wished I had the control of the Corporate offices. I would pull the franchising license from the Carters. Plus I would send them into Jail for a very Long time. I hope Betty would hurry up and get old really quick. She looks like its going to take alot of mascara to fill in the cracks on her face. giggles. John and Tim, It looks like they need to try on some g-strings. and Their wives need give up and walk out of the marriage. What a disgrace
