A Change of Pace hits the Clubhouse December 30

It wasn't all that long ago that Torry Jasper, Jonathan Kelly, Johnny Abdullah and Adam Rodgers were ordinary high schoolers in Peoria. But now with graduation out of the way, they've moved on to some out-of-the-ordinary things with their polished melodic hardcore band A Change of Pace: getting signed to Immortal Records, preparing to release their debut album, An Offer You Can't Refuse, in March, and looking ahead to touring throughout the spring and summer. Although their "homecoming show" on December 30 -- a benefit for the Westside Food Bank that'll take place at the Clubhouse in Tempe -- sounds like a good time to toast their newfound success, we'll have to wait until, oh, about their third album or so before anyone can treat them to a round of Jäger shots.
