Can't Miss: Absurdism
Published on February 28, 2007 at 5:57pm
Indigo Verton offers some freaky fun at The Red Door, 1229 Grand Avenue, with her "Absurdism" extravaganza. In addition to Charles Sanderson's painting oddities, there'll be "interactive installation art" (including bags of wine hanging from the ceiling) and absurdist entertainment all weekend, with a smorgasbord of sideshow acts, "chin puppetry," aerialism by Matti Baine, and more, on Saturday, March 3, starting at 8 p.m. Admission is free.
