I went to the Bistro on Monday but it was closed. So, I went back today for a small breakfast. I had the croissants, latte and yogurt, berries and Granola. The croissants were just like BREAD. Croissants should be so buttery, light as a feather and flaky (I am basing this on all the ones I've ever eaten in Paris and the ones I once baked (took 1/2 a day and was too much work -- I'd rather fly to Paris)). The berries were over-ripe. The latte was fine.
Did you have the same style croissants I had today? Very HEAVY bread in a crescent shape.Not the "real thing."
