Freaks, artist types, urbanites, and hepcats of every sort will join together in this massively mobile art show and parade that will find its way through Copper Square. Pre-parade music and entertainment starts at 4 p.m. outside the Collier Center (at Second and Washington streets) with the parade departing from that location at 7 p.m. The parade will include jugglers, clowns, performance artists, shopping cart floats, fire spinners, belly dancers, art cars, bicyclists, and other bizarre displays, as well performances by Portland's MarchFourth Marching Band, Sonorous, the Rev.
