Okay, you've lounged around on your expanding tush all summer long, but the heat's history, so get your fat ass in gear at the sixth annual Hawk Trot. The 10K/5K starts on Greyhawk Drive just west of Hayden Road, near the Grayhawk Community. Registration precedes at 2:30.
