Start your engines: SMoCA Nights get motors running

It seemed every hipster-artist type with a little extra cash was heading to "SMoCA Nights: Drive" on Thursday, March 20. The car-inspired theme was arguably the best we've seen from the think tank responsible for these seasonal parties, and the accompanying lowrider car show was just the right touch to bust out some street cred on the front lawn of this Scottsdale museum. SMoCA's galleries were packed with fashionable folks sipping cocktails and mixing among the crowd. The energy was steady as we geared up for the climax of the evening — the bikini fashion show. As dudes drooled over the scantily clad models, chicks groaned or whooped, depending on the suit's design. All in all, it was a beautiful night of booze, babes, and bikinis.
