Somebody whose parties don’t suck is Raven Valdes, “the Valley’s leading social butterfly.” The professional party girl strikes again with Raven's Flashback Birthday Bash. The party’s all about the 1970s, when gas and pot were cheap and people cared who ran for office. Highlights include go-go dancers, spins by DJ Double R, and performances by R&B vocal duo BabyGirlz Phase 2 and the disco-revival band The Polyesters. Peace, man.
