A theory: Yes, he hosted E!’s Talk Soup and starred as Michael Novotny on Showtime’s Queer As Folk. But as far as his onscreen presence goes, Hal Sparks is most hilarious (intentionally or not) in concentrated three-minutes-or-less chunks.
