Of the 33 designated Phoenix Points of Pride, the Wrigley Mansion is number 30. We think that's an undersell. Peaking the meridian of its own 100-foot hillock, it's a measure of one rich man's love for his wife, but ask SWAY Events founder and frontman Gary Guerin, and he imagines a Summer Chill concert and ball-busting good time. (Okay, his exact words were "a fun, cosmopolitan evening," but we're sluts.) Headlining the fete is A&M recording artist and ex-Miss Black Arizona CeCe Peniston, who’ll give the fun, cosmopolitan crowd a reason to disco-dance. Also on the bill of fare are booze and hors d'oeuvres, the comedy stylings of Kirsten & Rick, and the hot boys of Sisterzz Twisted.
