Because Goodguys (the largest rodding association on this here globe) is called such, that must mean that there’s a class of bad guys when it comes to hot-rod culture. So who would classify as a not-Goodguy? A bitchin’ Camaro driver? A piece-o’-poo Pinto sporter? The owner of an AMC Gremlin, whose lousy engine and typically putrid color speaks for its inherent crappiness?

One way to find out is to hit up the Goodguys Southwest Nationals Hot Rod Show, a three-day event that will feature more than 2,000 1972-and-earlier customs, classics, street rods, muscle cars, trick trucks, and more.
