That’s one way to describe this difficult-to-describe band
On its Web site, the Mukilteo, Washington-based band The Fall of Troy prides itself on being “impossible to classify.” However, at first listen, it wouldn’t be unreasonable to blurt out “screamo” and be done with it. Then again, upon further investigation, it becomes apparent that this Northwest trio is speaking some truth. How can one categorize a group with vocals that range from pop-punk to hardcore? Guitars that sometimes sound like prog-rock and other times straight-up emo? How about schizophrena-core? Post-emo-prog? Decide for yourself when the group performs at Clubhouse Music Venue.
