Autobots and Decepticons are gonna be battling across the silver screen at your neighborhood megaplex in a couple of weeks, so it's only natural that some local EDM promoters are putting on the robot-themed Transformers 2 rave to cash in on the mechanical madness. And though it would be totally boss to watch an old-school "robot in disguise" like Soundwave working the wheels of steel, the all-night dancefest features DJs of a more carbon-based variety. Brooklyn electro pair Designer Drugs headline the event along with Sin City's Electro Muted and T. Rux, Seattle's Break 6, and San Fran's No Left Turn. Admission is $20 before 9 p.m., $25 thereafter. Call 602-999-7300 for directions on the night of the event.
