You’ve gotta be crazy to hike in this heat

Many of you will assume we’re Looney Tunes when we say you should join the Dog Day Moon Full Moon Sunset Hike at South Mountain Park and Preserve. And your reasoning is immaculate: The hike’s outside, and so is the friggin’ heat. But moonlight hikes in the desert are a special breed, and we’re apparently not the only unhinged screwballs who think so, ’cause registration for the hike was nearly full as we wrote this.
