ok Joel I take the bait............ explanation from you is: Money was given to me by all these donors from small to large amounts some by checks clearly stating LLC and note in the memo field " vote for Sheriff Arpiao". You placed these checks as well as regular payroll ( direct deposits)deductions into this SCA account. An account you say was not a PAC. Sometime in the future you decide to give the money to the republican Party ( $ 105000.00) even tho you wanted the money you collected to improve the image of the Deputy or at the very least to help defend them against negative publicity....yet in all the years of collecting you never spend a dime for that noble cause!In essence you collected money from one group.....placed it into SCA.....than gave it to the Rep. Party so in essence you laundered money!!!!!!!!!!Case in point........I have an account called SCA.........I collect money to help under priviledged kids.......I decide I want Saban elected and I give that money to the Democrats to run a nasty ad against Arpiao ......have I done anything illegal? Even tho the checks say Elect Dan Saban or beat Joe Arpiao is that still ok in your mind or was I actually collecting money for Dan Saban by creating a money laundering account especially if I am employed by Mr. Saban and the majority of the Donations are coming from friends of dan Saban? Still ok with that scenario? If that had happened ,the fat butterball would have called a news conference and announced a criminal investigation in my actions and would want to see me crucified. So all the BS you are spouting here is NOT going to wash.....you as a CPT. should know that but to tell you the truth I have a hard time imagining that you actually passed the CPT's Board without strings being pulled on your behalf because your rhetoric in these blogs.
