This pair of fundraiser performances by Jim Adkins at downtown Phoenix’s Modified Arts is a total win-win scenario. Not only do you get to spend an evening listen to the Jimmy Eat World/Go Big Casino frontman in an intimate setting, but it also benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training. Locals Source Victoria share the bill.

The 8 p.m. gig is already sold out, so be sure to snatch up tickets (click here to purchase) before you’re locked out of the 5 p.m. show as well.
