Yes, Stephanie Lake is all about making quick money. She is a money grabber. Her staff does the work and she just struts around being the head BITCH. She claims to support Democracy. She is fooling herself with denial and grandious thoughts and grandious ideas. She is no advocate of anyone other than herself. I was exposed to the evil side of Stephanie Lake. In my opinion, she uses cruel psychological tactics while she escorts you to your hearing to beat you down so that you will agree to whatever the judge awards... if you can even manage to answer the judge's questions after that. There is no feminity. Her feminity, photo, advertizement and last name are as phony as a wet 3 dollar bill. She gets the same dollar amount no matter the amount of her clients award. She isn't representing her client. She is representing herself and woring for our SS Admin only. She doen't give a hoot about her clients. She moves clients in and out like an assembly line some days and most likely when out of ear shot of anyone, she stomps all over them as she did me. I immediately had the presence of mind to discuss all with my husband. I immediately made notes. I have reviewed many times and I will never forget no forgive for how badly she treated me. This wrech needs to move back to Michigan. We do not need money grabbers making imposters of themselves here in Phoenix or anywhere in Arizona. And yes, I can testify under oath. AND... PSI worked for a major corporation for 35 years. I never took a "test" for a promotion with out last minute review. The SSD hearing before Judge Dickenson was the most important "test" of my like. I flunked that "test" because Ms Lake incorrectly judged me; She insulted and upset me moments before entering the court room.Ms Lake is hard; brash and rude to her clients at no provocation. When I realized that I may lose, I began to blurt out some of my disabilities to Judge Dickenson dispite Ms Lake's harsh warning to me. I AM INARTICULTE. WHEN THE HEARING ENDED IS STRONGLY SUSPECT SHE REALIZED, BUT THEN PERHAPS NOT. I'M JUST ONE CLIENT OUT OF SEVERAL SHE STOMPS ON BEFORE COURT EVERY WEEK DAY. Ms Lake incorrectly wrote me off "as a hopelelless retarded nut case. " P. C. " is behind her name. Ms Lake used the documentation intended for Judge Dickenson against me. She is prejdice and bias against the mentally disabled. If I refute her, I may be written off as just "another nut case" and it's a lose-lose for me. So I am using "My Freedom of Speach". Ms S Lake is NOT an advocate for the disabled or the mentally disabled. It's greed in her eyes. She gets paid by the SS Admin so she works for the SS Admin. I pray that she is disbarred before she does more harm to the disabled and the mentally disabled. DO NOT USE MS LAKE'S FIRM. DON'T BE A CHUMP.

I retained Ms S Lake & applied for SSD in 2005 or 2006. My hearing was before Judge Dickenson on 9/22/09. The court had an incorrect address and showed that I filed 7/9/07 an incorrect date. Ms Lake was very brash & rude on the phone during a very short interview 1 week prior to my hearing with no previous provacation.I was scheduled my 30 minute pre-hearing meeting for review @ 12:30 pm. I arrived @ 12 N. Ms Lake kept me waiting 50 minutes alone & then escorted me upstairs to the court. I attempted to tell her about my frequent inartulation problem; my TBI & my short term & long term memory issues. She refused to let me speak. She said very distastefully "You see, I know you". She said "My problem with you is that you talk to much". I had no memory to refute her insulting lie. I went into shock & got stage fright. My throat tightened up.She conditioned me to accept whatever Judge Dickenson was to award me. She "Tampered with a witness by escentally telling them to keep their big mouth shut & offer no additional info. How could I pobbibly "Tell the whole truth and noting but the truth" when I was first intimidated and then had little or no memory of my conditions and had to be prompted and have my scetchy memory jogged by Judge Dickenson. I NEEDED THAT REVIEW THAT I WAS DENIED BY MS LAKE !!! I was diagnosed Bi-polar in 1988.I submitted OVER WHELMING EVIDENCE FOR THE JUDGE. Ms Lake used that evidence against me. She Made an incorrect assumption about me and treated me deplorably. Ms Lake is NO advocate for the disabled nor the mentally disabled. She only cares about her "30 pieces of silver". She gets paid the same amount from the SS Admin no mater the amount of the award. Ms Lake cost me thousands of dollars in back pay. It's a wonder that I got an award at all, NO THANKS TO MS LAKE !!!
