For the past five years at the Rogue Bar, Saturday nights have seen an influx of skinny-jean-wearing hipsters looking for their next Brit-pop fix. That’s been provided by Shake!, the indie-dance night helmed by the oh-so-dapper DJ William “Fucking” Reed. But as the Rogue transitions to an all-ages music venue, the 21-and-over event is getting out and switching spots. But not before a blowout bash.

The Shake! crew is going all out for its Halloween Zombie Prom, which will include a $100 costume contest, concert tickets, magazine giveaways, and a live performance by Panty Fish. Longtime dance clubgoers can also expect a mix of tracks from over the years played by resident DJs.

As for the new venue, Reed says he’ll make that announcement during the evening’s debauchery. “It’ll be a special moment for [fans] to come by and celebrate one last time before the venue goes in a completely different direction,” says Reed. “You can expect all thriller, no filler.”
