The Heard presents rare paintings, sketchings, and illustrations by the Chiricahua Apache mixed-media artist (one of the most-honored of the 20th century) in this major retrospective sponsored by the Houser Archives. A sister exhibit at Desert Botanical Garden features Houser sculptures. The celebration corresponds with this month's NU (Native + You) celebration.
