Hopeful authors get rejection letters piled higher than a stack of Nicolas Cage’s unpaid bills, while wannabe singers are dissed on national TV. Artists have it easy -- galleries that aren’t interested usually just ignore them. Ouch.

Meyerowitz’ picks are featured in the “An Equation of the Fanciful and Bizarre” exhibit.

According to Student Photographers’ Association vice president Logan Bellew, Meyerowitz said, “The student photographers at ASU are extremely sensitive, and seeing our work gave him hope for the future of photography." Good thing that sensitivity didn't extend to student reactions, or there would’ve been tears to rival the Michael Jackson memorial.
