Get your season started off right with Session Saturdays at OH Pool Bar + Cabanas at the Hotel Valley Ho. The 1950s-style spot has ample swimming space as well as a ton of retro chaise lounges to sit on while sipping the Skyy Vodka/Red Bull specials that the bar offers.

Local favorite Mr. P-Body will be spinning classic and modern hip-hop, house, and rock tracks. "Hotel Valley Ho is very fun and a great value, but not about all the velvet ropes or the vanity," he says. "Nevertheless, a lot of eye candy is in attendance."

What a relief to know the spot is less pretentious than what you may be used to in Scottsdale. Okay, back to the treadmill.
