Bash Decision

One play, three stories, lots of evil

We try to live our lives believing in the good of the world; we really do. Then playwright Neil Labute comes along with his shocking work Bash, and just hearing about the storyline tells us that we are living in a world of denial. It’s a sad but necessary exercise to face up to the evil in the world but, hey, it’s all a part of the human experience, right?

Maybe that was the inspiration for Labute when he wrote this play, which features three stories about people doing horrendous things, like violent acts, murder, and infanticide (that means killing babies, folks). Though it may not be a feel-good experience, you can count on director Eric Schoen and the actors of Class 6 Theatre to be with you every step of the way as they explore these dark topics.
