If we learned anything from the Pauly Shore classic Son in Law, it’s that everyone can benefit from a little bit of country living. Unfortunately, Phoenix isn’t exactly the easiest place to start up a farm.

I was wondering about that, but I don't see any mention of keeping fowl in the neighborhood preservation ordinance here: http://phoenix.gov/CITYCODE/ch039.html Here, however, there is some mention: http://www.animallaw.info/statutes/stusazodchandler_phoenix.htm#phoenix "Poultry may be kept within eighty feet of a residence if written permission consenting to the keeping of poultry less than eighty feet from a residence is first obtained from each lawful occupant and each lawful owner of such residence." You may also keep roosters as long as they are unable to crow.

wrong it's against neighborhood preservation ordinances , you can't have fowl any closer than 80 ft of your home. if one neighbor objects it's fly away little chickens if you have a rooster there are anti rooster ordinances one crow and your done, get a hamster starracise
