Kitties and doggies are saved by the stage

Animal rights activists may get all huffy when they hear about doggies jumping rope and kitties pushing strollers on stage, but when you consider that these little four-leggers are rescued animals, their lives of performing are better than what was surely the alternative. (Um, death.)

See The World Famous Popovich Comedy Pet Theater in which Gregory Popovich, who has a regular gig in Las Vegas and gained some fame via America’s Got Talent, performs an old-timey style variety show with juggling, corny jokes, and 25 pets doing unbelievable tricks. Popovich is an advocate for pet adoption and often participates in fundraising events.
