The Madness

Party like ‘60s businessmen and housewives

What do you get when you cross vintage furnishings, a crazy-popular dramatic television series about ruthlessly competitive men and women of Madison Avenue advertising, and a 1960s themed night on the town? One hell of a decision about what to wear.

At Modern Manor’s Mad Men Cocktail Party, would-be Don Drapers (or should we say Dick Whitmans?), Peggy Olsons, and Joan Harrises can strut their ’60s style in a warehouse space filled with unique mid-century modern décor items from designers like Charles and Ray Eames, Paul McCobb, and Milo Baughman. And while winning the prize for best costume may not be comparable to Mad Men’s 13 Emmys and four Golden Globes, the appetizers, cash bar, photo booth, and episodes of the show running on a big screen should make the night fashionably fun.
