Arkin is Coming!

This week, Phoenix is Alan Town

You probably know him as the grouchy grandpa with a heart of gold in Little Miss Sunshine. Perhaps, if you’ve been around long enough, you recall his yowza performance in The Heart is a Lonely Hunter or his star turn in Norman Jewison’s The Russians are Coming, The Russians are Coming! Maybe, just maybe, you think of him as Adam Arkin’s father. But Alan Arkin has crafted numerous other roles, both on screen and stage and in his life, including author, film and television director, and founding member of the renowned Second City improvisational troupe.
