Get hot on the tail in Tempe
This may be the only instance where you can say that you’re going to chase some skirts and not sound like a complete douche lord.
On Saturday, February 12, the Skirt Chaser 5k goes off at Tempe Beach Park, 54 West Rio Salado Parkway. The dealio works like this: Female runners wear skirts and take off from the start line three minutes before the men, who can sport skirts, too, if they want to be all ironic or whatever. From there, the dudes will try and overtake the dudettes during the 3.1-mile jaunt. A block party featuring music, food, and booze follows.
