Whether you’re retired, on break, or just lazy, the middle of March is the perfect time to avoid work while checking out the Arizona Cactus League, which continues from Thursday, March 10, through Wednesday, March 16. Some standout match-ups include Friday’s Cubs-White Sox battle for Windy City supremacy at Camelback Ranch Stadium, 10710 West Camelback Road in Glendale; a World Series rematch on Sunday between the San Francisco Giants and Texas Rangers at Surprise Stadium, 15850 North Bullard Avenue in Surprise; and, on Wednesday, a game between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Anaheim Angels at the new Salt River Fields, 7555 North Pima Road in Scottsdale.
