Same-sex marriage may not be legal here, but there’s plenty more for the gay (or should we say, Takei?), lesbian, bisexual and transgender community to celebrate at the annual Phoenix Pride Awards Gala. The event will feature a silent auction, performances by the Phoenix Mercury Hip-Hop Squad and YEP Fusion Dance Crew, live music and a cocktail hour with free champagne and Barefoot wine.
