If those rumors we keep hearing about Hollywoods intent to remake the raunchy 80s comedy Police Academy ever prove true, weve got someone whod be perfect to star in the flick: Pablo Francisco. The hilarious impressionist and sound effects-spewing comedian would be a natural fit for the onomatopoeia-bending role of Cadet Larvell Jones.
In fact, the Tucson-born comic could probably carry a whole movie as a one-man production, considering his talent for ridiculously detailed storytelling: Just ask Jay Leno and Howard Stern, whove both featured the 37-year-old on their respective shows.
Until casting agents give him a call, however, Francisco will use his gags for gigs at stand up clubs around the country, including a four-night appearance at Stand Up Live, 50 West Jefferson Street.
