Freudian, insanely pale, poker-faced comedy gold: Actress Bebe Neuwirth has become, in the collective psyche of American television, inseparable from Dr. Lilith Sternin-Crane, the ever-sober psychiatrist wife (and then ex-wife) of America's favorite shrink, Dr. Frasier Crane, on Cheers and its Frasier spin-off.
