Santa Jaws

We're thinking that being a crocodile at Christmas must be a lot like being a little Jewish kid: It's so not about you, but you don't necessarily care all that much. Until Adam Sandler writes a song about it ("Donald Trump who's got a billion? He's one-sixteenth crocodilian"), crocodiles and those who love them can take solace in Childsplay's Lyle the Crocodile, a charming musical based on Bernard Waber's series of children's books about a Manhattan family that finds a friendly, acrobatic, tap-dancing, roller-skating croc in their bathtub during the holidays.

More About

Unlike some things that kids as young as 4 can enjoy, this show should be fun for just about everybody. It features the usual super-awesome Childsplay acting ensemble, along with rad choreography by local legend Michael Barnard (look for the trademark banana).
