Nestled next to vintage shop Butter Toast Boutique off Roosevelt Row, Nostra Style House opened its doors in mid-December of 2011. Vending a combination of new pieces from small designers, locally made jewelry, and handpicked gems from Phoenix-based Ebay shop Annie Boomer Vintage, Nostra marries high- and low-ticket items with eclectic downtown style.

It’s a shop “for the girl who wants to make a statement,” says owner Angelica Gonzalez, who runs the store with pal Lili Gomez. Gonzalez and Gomez will host a grand opening soiree. The party will include a fashion show, music from DJ Sir, food, cocktails, and, naturally, some shopping.
