Dorothy Gale contended that there's no place like home. But if we recall correctly her extended dream sequence that included a trip to Oz, it would seem that all she really needed throughout her yellow brick-paved journey was her little pup, Toto. The awh-inducing terrier bit old, mean ladies, barked at bad guys, and snuggled up with her as needed. Really, when it comes to friendship, who could ask for more?
