Luckily for west siders who prefer to travel with the pooch in tow, downtown Glendale's Dog Days of Summer takes place on Saturday, August 4. Canines and their owners will scarf breakfast in Murphy Park starting at 7 a.m. Dog massages, free ice cream treats, and prizes will fill the morning, and programming continues at the amphitheater through 10 a.m.
