On Saturday, August 11, Joe Ford of the Sonoran Audubon Society will lead a walking tour through the diverse habitat, pointing out feathered friends along the way. One of the best places for bird-watching in the Phoenix area, the park is home to more than 150 different species, including roadrunners and juvenile bald eagles. Hipsters? Not so much.
