Chew on That

Once a year the number of food trucks in Phoenix swells as nearly three dozen mobile eateries from across the Southwest gather for the Street Eats Food Truck Festival at Salt River Fields, 7555 North Pima Road in Scottsdale. In addition to a mob of mobile eateries, the festival brings celebri-chefs Adam Richman and Geoffrey Zakarian to the Valley for live cooking demonstrations.
