We get it. You've got enough on your plate to worry about. Whether it's navigating day-to-day life, discovering your larger purpose in the world, or figuring out a time to go see Mad Max: Fury Road. Allow us to help you out with some of that stress and cross worrying about what you're going to do this week off your list. We've got three events to fill your time without emptying your wallet.
Four Chambers and Welcome Hospitality announce Welcome Home
Join the people behind Welcome Hospitality and Four Chambers, an independent community literary magazine, as they launch a new collection of prose and poetry entitled "Welcome Home," inspired by the sense of community that has developed around Welcome Diner and Welcome Chicken + Donuts in downtown Phoenix. Jenn Robinson, Michael Alan Babcock III, Sloane McFarland, the creators of Welcome Hospitality, will speak about what Welcome means to them on Tuesday, May 19, at 5 p.m. at Welcome Diner, 924 East Roosevelt Street. Happy hour specials will be offered all night. For more information about this event and the submission process, visit the event's Facebook page.
Nerd out during Phoenix Nerd Nite's Nerd Night 27 at Mod in Phoenix.
