Phoenix and Tucson Named Among Best Cities for Renting
Looks like locals have yet another reason to consider Arizona the best state in U.S.-- and contrary to what Buzzfeed might tell you, it has absolutely nothing to do with the snow, sunshine, or the fact that you can get both snow and sun in a single day.
Making its way around the web is a new infographic by ApartmentGuide.com, which ranks the top 10 cities for affordable apartments, or more specifically, apartments that give you the most bang for your buck.
Factoring in the low rental rates of one- and two-bedroom units as well as available amenities such as air conditioning, dishwashers, laundry facilities, fitness centers, and pet-friendly building policies, Apartment Guide was able to produce a list of the 10 best cities where high standards don't mean high prices.

Arizona ranked twice with Tucson coming in at two and Phoenix at number seven. Oklahoma however, placed first in apartment value with Tulsa listed at number one and Oklahoma City at number 9. Not surprisingly, such high-demand metropolises as Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago did not make the cut.
Looks like home sweet home just got a little bit sweeter.
