The Thyme Stands Still sets itself apart from the run-of-the-mill cocktail by offering an innovative blend of herb, Prosecco, raspberry, and vodka.

-1.5 oz vodka
-2 oz lemon sour
-.5 oz vanilla liqueur
-.25 oz agave nectar
- 2 oz Prosecco
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 5 fresh raspberries
- In a mixing glass muddle fresh raspberries, thyme, and agave nectar into a paste
- Add remaining ingredients (except Prosecco), then ice and shake vigorously
- Strain over ice into a collins glass
- Top with Prosecco
- Stir gently to combine
- Garnish with thyme and raspberries
