The customer below is incorrect, She provided the wrong address when she placed her order and I have the email with invoice confirmation to prove it.

We love to make everyone's experience a pleasant one, but here is the Customers full Story:
We sent a check to her and the check was eventually return, but not after I had to cancel the check, which cost us $MONEY.
This customer placed her order, then she called a few hours later to CANCEL her order, telling us that a friend was going to make the Pinata for her and she no longer needed to order it from us.
Then she called 3 days later to Place the order again?? This order had "RED FLAGS" to begin with.
She called us on Saturday afternoon saying that the tires had fallen off the pinata. We let her know that we could replace the pinata or give her a FULL REFUND if she wanted to return it. Being that she chose to keep it, we offered her 1/2 of the refund.
She said 1/2 was fine, we mailed out the check, we never heard from her, so we assumed that the check had been received.
The customer then sends a very rude email, asking where her money was, and stating that she would let everyone know to not ever purchase anything from our company!
After the nasty and rude email that she sent to us, I called her, and let her know that the check had been sent and gave her the Check #.
If she would have provided us with her real address, then we wouldn't have had this problem to begin with.
We sell quality pinatas and custom make all of our products, unfortunately we CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE!
