I feel the BEST Haunted house is Codys Death House in Cave Creek. Its scarry bloody and just an all around fun place to hang out with your friends. For those that are a little unnerveved in our group they visited the beer garden to calm themselves a bit before entering the haunt. There are creepy people on the outside grounds that seem to be on a search for their friends or mother that have gone into the haunt and never came back out. it sends shivers up my spine just thinking about the fun we had. A must see before Halloween is over!!!
Best Haunted House - 2009
As Halloween season gears up, you're going to hear a lot of boasting by haunted attractions around town. Last year, we pretty much hit them all, and Fear Farm was truly the best. Sure, it's likely a haul from your own unhaunted house, but this massive indoor/outdoor experience is well worth it. Spread over a dozen or so buildings of various sizes and 25 acres of cornfield, this attraction will give you a full night of entertainment. Offering up some of the best pretend monsters in town, this old-school haunt is light on animatronics and chock-full of hair-raising scenes that are well constructed and realistic enough to make suspending disbelief easy — even for adults. Thanks to chainsaw-wielding clowns on stilts, mobile homes that are every bit as scary as you imagine a mobile home in Glendale to be, and a terrifying blood-spattered asylum, this house is first-class all the way.
I would have to agree! Codys Death House was amazing. Several people were so scared they couldnt finish going through. Worth every penny! Glad to have something new in the Valley!
Wow!!! We went to Cody's Death House last night and it was amazing! I haven't ever been that scared in a haunted house before. There were people lost in there, the staff had to come in to escort people out, people were freaking out in there. IT IS THE BEST HAUNTED HOUSE IN TOWN BY FAR!!!
