My boss took our small company there for lunch one weekday; it was crowded, and we had to wait a while for a table (hey, its a popular place!). Once seated, I ordered a burger, and just to "test the chef" - I ordered it to be cooked "medium".
Cooking a burger "medium" is no mean feat, but the chef at The Parlor pulled it off, perfectly. I have not had a better burger since then, anywhere.
