I was there the night they shot the video. Where is the rest of it?
This two minute clip misses two-thirds of what's at HeatSync. There's a fully equipped metal shop (lathe, mill, saws), welding booth, laser cutter, and wood-shop. Lots of electronics (soldering, components, test equipment), and loads of robotic stuff and micro-controller development; especially Arduino stuff--hundreds of parts to experiment with.
The article should say "come in and WORK on something".
@willbradley can you split the difference with the New Times and say @heatsynclabs is a place for inspiration? That allows both endeavors .
@DouglasCP literally, if you come to HSL to hang out or gossip, you're killing us. Tours are OK but we're a workspace not a coffee shop.
