Thankfully, there was a newish, supercool place to defect to: Conspire. (To be fair, the Roosevelt Row spot at 901 North Fifth Street was open for approximately nine months before the Willows final demise.) It also helps that the early-morning-to-late-night hang puts on awesome events like Sticker Club Girl Art Night every Wednesday. Lisa Jacobs hosts the long-running anti-procrastination night, where folks can bring any and every artsy/crafty project theyve been wanting to work on while hanging out with good people and downing great coffee.
Wednesdays, 7 p.m.; Wednesdays. Starts: Dec. 3. Continues through Dec. 17, 2008
