Explore the paranormal anniversary of Roswell
Art space, indeed. An exhibition commemorating the anniversary of whatever did or did not happen outside Roswell, New Mexico, in July 1947 opens this week at downtown's Be.Headed Salon and Gallery. Milking the media-hyped mystery of the alleged incident, "Alien Technology" amasses works from seven local artists: Richard Bledsoe, JRC, Stephanie Carrico, Michele Fuller, Dain Gore, Chris Walsh and Abbey Messmer. The show runs from Wednesday, June 4, through July 26, with an opening reception set for 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, June 6, during ArtLink's monthly festivities. Be.Headed is located at 124 East Roosevelt; call 602-434-4224 for hours. -- Jill Koch
