Various openings, musical acts and related diversions are planned for this year's version of the annual midsummer night stroll, a special edition of Scottsdale Gallery Association's weekly art-walk series. It continues through Saturday, September 25. Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays (and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursdays), noon to 5 p.m. Saturdays. 4142 North Marshall Way in Scottsdale. 480-990-7342.

Joan Cawley Gallery: Acrylics and oils by N. Stuart Walker continue through Saturday, July 31. Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. 7135 East Main in Scottsdale. 480-947-3548.
