When we were kids and went to Catholic Mass, one of our favorite things to do was nix the phrase, "Peace be with you," in favor of, "May the force be with you." When we pulled this off with a straight face, and successfully had our sister snorting with laughter, it was a crowning achievement in childhood nerdiness. Obviously, we were weird kids, who also delighted in pretending to be Worf from Next Gen by pushing together the skin of our forehead. (Thank God we grew up to be pretty.) While this may seem embarrassing, we'd bet that the organizers and attendees of A Very-Merry Sci-Fi Christmas Show have some similarly goofy stories.
