Harolds Cave Creek Corral will host a Hawaiian Luau and Pig Roast on Sunday, September 4, sporting a spread thats straight from the 50th state. The menu includes smoked mahi-mahi, shrimp seafood casserole and traditional Hawaiian fare, says Carrol Douglass, hostess at Harolds. We sell out every year.
Hula dancers perform a traditional fire knife dance, and Phoenix-based reggae band Grantman and the Island will play during the food and culture-filled evening.
